- Deposits:
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your deposit will be applied toward your last tattoo session (final appointment for tattoos requiring multiple sessions).

- Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Appointments may be canceled, but deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of your appointment may still be accommodated without penalty; however, after these windows, or no-shows will result in a loss of your full deposit.

- Limits & Restrictions:
If you reschedule appointments more than twice, or significantly change your design idea more than three times, your deposit may be automatically forfeited. Completely changing the tattoo design may also result in deposit forfeiture.​
